It is located in South-western Uganda in the Buhoma area of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Park. Accessibility is via a 9-10 hour drive from Kampala / Entebbe or a scheduled/charter flight to Kihihi airstrip. This lodge is on top of a hill, this gives a stunning view of the forest where one can see the never-ending forest. The lodge has 12 rooms, making it the biggest in the area. These rooms all face the forest. They are small, but comfortable with en-suite bathrooms, and the hospitality levels are excellent. Internet is available in the lobby area. Activities include being a 5 minutes’ walk to the Buhoma gorilla tracking headquarters. It is well-priced for its standard, but be aware that it is on the budget to mid-range level overall.
